This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the wardro platform (the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

• Prompts, reference images, designs, and other content you create or upload
• Messages sent through the Platform

B. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe.

• We do not store your payment information
• Payment data is handled directly by Stripe

• Usage data (pages visited, interactions, activity)
• Log data

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in

wardro uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning services to provide design tools. These services include OpenAI for understanding design ideas, design chat, naming, generating, editing, and categorizing designs, creating search representations, and summarizing Platform sessions for internal analytics, and Replicate for automated background removal.

Information processed by AI services

• Your prompts, chat messages, product details, reference images, current designs, related instructions, and relevant Platform activity may be sent to OpenAI to provide AI features and help us understand how those features are used.
• When you use background removal, the image you select is sent to Replicate to create a version with the background removed.
• AI outputs, such as design questions, prompts, names, images, edits, categories, and search representations, may be stored with your account or content to provide the Platform, preserve your work, and improve search and other functionality.

Model training and provider retention

wardro does not use your prompts, chat messages, reference images, designs, or AI-generated outputs to train or fine-tune AI models for wardro.

OpenAI states that it does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models by default unless an API customer expressly opts in, and that API content may be kept in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless a legal or security exception applies. Replicate states that inputs, outputs, files, and logs for API predictions are removed after one hour by default. Provider practices may change and are governed by the providers' terms and policies. Limits of AI output

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to existing content. Review AI output before relying on, publishing, or purchasing it. wardro does not use these AI features to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

We may share your information with:

A. Service Providers

• Stripe (payments)
• OpenAI (AI-assisted design, image generation and editing, search, and internal session summaries)
• Replicate (automated image background removal)
• Print-on-demand fulfillment partners (manufacturing and shipping)
• Hosting, analytics, and infrastructure providers

B. Other Users

If you make content public:

• Your designs and profile may be visible
• Other users may interact with and remix your content

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect rights, safety, or property

wardro allows users to communicate via messaging and social features.

• Messages may be stored and processed to provide functionality
• Avoid sharing sensitive personal information

We retain your data as long as necessary to:

• Provide the Platform
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of non-essential emails

If you use the Platform outside the U.S., your data may be transferred and processed in the U.S.
