Welcome to Wardro LLC (“wardro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the wardro platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

wardro provides tools that allow users to generate, customize, share, remix, and sell clothing designs using artificial intelligence.

wardro also facilitates the production and fulfillment of products through third-party providers.

wardro is not a manufacturer and does not directly produce physical goods.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account

wardro may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create on the Platform.

License to wardro

By creating or uploading content, you grant wardro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Store
• Display
• Reproduce
• Modify (for formatting and functionality)
• Distribute

This license is necessary to operate the Platform.

Reference Photos and Likeness

If you upload a photo of a person, or ask the AI to edit, stylize, caricature, or otherwise alter a person’s appearance, you represent that the person is you or that you have that person’s permission to use and modify their image for this purpose. You are solely responsible for content depicting real, identifiable people, and you may not use the Platform to harass, demean, or misrepresent anyone.

If you make content public, you grant other users permission to:

• View your content
• Remix your designs
• Create derivative works

You acknowledge that remixed content may be used commercially by other users.

wardro enables users to sell designs to other users.

• Payments are processed through Stripe
• wardro may take a percentage of transactions
• Users may receive royalties, token-based rewards, or other incentives depending on platform features or subscription tiers

wardro is not the seller or manufacturer of products unless explicitly stated.

All sales are final. Each product sold through wardro is custom-printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Color appearing different on screen versus in person
• Dissatisfaction with the design after purchase

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or that materially differ from the product preview at the time of purchase. Contact us at hello@wardro.io within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. Replacements and refunds in these cases are issued at our sole discretion.

By completing checkout you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

wardro integrates with third-party providers, including print-on-demand fulfillment partners that handle manufacturing and shipping.

Wardro:

• Does not control these services
• Does not guarantee product quality, delivery times, or availability

wardro uses artificial intelligence technologies, including services provided by OpenAI.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate or resemble existing works
• wardro does not guarantee originality
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights

You agree not to create, upload, share, or sell content that:

• Infringes on trademarks (e.g., brand names, logos, sports teams)
• Violates copyrights (e.g., artwork, characters, designs)
• Uses the name, likeness, or identity of any person without permission
• Is unlawful, deceptive, or misleading

wardro may remove content at its discretion.

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you create or share
• Any products created from your designs
• Ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws

wardro reserves the right to remove content and take action without prior notice.

wardro enforces a three-strike policy for users who violate these Terms. Each confirmed violation — including Prohibited Content, intellectual property infringement, abuse of other users, or any other breach of platform rules — counts as one strike against your account.

Upon a third strike, wardro reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate your account, remove your content from the Platform, and forfeit any pending royalties, credits, or earnings tied to that account.

wardro may also take immediate action — up to and including immediate termination — for severe or egregious violations, regardless of strike count. Whether to issue, reduce, or clear strikes is at wardro's sole discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wardro LLC, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your content
• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wardro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of the Platform
• User-generated content
• Third-party services

wardro may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ohio, unless otherwise required by law.

wardro may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
